Offering one-to-one and couples classes, as well as small or large group sessions, Jes can cater to your specific needs. Whether working with injury, wanting to improve strength and balance, or desiring a deeper connect between mind and body, Jes can curate the perfect session for you.
Sessions can be slow and steady, following a traditional Hatha approach, which involves moving through a selection of asana, holding the poses with strength and good alignment; or with more of a flowing Vinyasa approach, in which asanas are strung together in a slightly more dynamic sequence, increasing the heart rate and generating heat.
Jes can also offer therapeutic sessions based on joint mobility; the pawanmuktasana series is great for slightly older clients or those with poor mobility.

Vinyasa - a more dynamic, flowing approach to Hatha
26/2 (Bishnu Gosh lineage) - the traditional hot yoga sequence.
Yin Yoga - a slower, more introspective class, taking less postures, holding for longer to target the connective tissue and joints.
Joint-Mobility Series - Pawanmuktasana - targeting all major joints in the body, excellent for stiffness, working with injury or older age :)
